The indie label with the unfortunate name of Kill Rock Stars (not that Elliott Smith was really either/or) put out a majority of Smith’s records before he moved onto the Goodwill Hunting soundtrack stage and started releasing with Dreamworks.
The News is that Kill Rock Stars are re-mastering and re-issuing Roman Candle and From a Basement on a Hill. They are due on the 6th April.

previously unreleased track from Smith to mark the news, and here it is:
